My concerns were dealt with reassuringly by the service advisor, who kept me well informed of the work being done and when my vehicle was be ready for collection. It was also nice to be remembered by Lisa, the advisor I saw last year about a repair

Bansri has been brilliant- honest, open and helpful. Always quick to respond to queries and treated me as an individual. If Mini could have given me more of a loyalty discount given how long I have been a customer this would have been 10/10 and 5/5
